Refund policy

At Unwearable Designs, we want you happy with your order. If something goes wrong, here’s how returns work.

1. Eligible Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a printing or manufacturing error

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Reported within 14 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size or color ordered by the customer

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Change-of-mind purchases

Please check size charts carefully — shirts don’t magically resize.

3. How to Request a Return

Email us at support@unwearabledesigns.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos if applicable

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

5. Exchanges

If the mistake is on our side, we’ll replace the item at no extra cost.
